Mediation

Mediation is a confidential, non-binding process in which a trained mediator acts as a neutral person who facilitates communication between disputants and assists parties in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of all or part of their dispute.

Some of the types of mediation services are:

Reconciliation
Divorce mediation and post-divorce mediation (matters including custody, visitation, even child support and property division if needed)
Separation mediation
Parent-teen conflict mediation
Elder care support mediation
Blended family mediation (an effective and practical way to resolve disputes that step and blended family members often face)
